A Marin County sex offender was arrested on allegations of killing a driver in an intoxicated crash. The crash happened at about p. Friday on Highway 70 in Marysville. Cash was driving south at more than mph and weaving over the double yellow line, the California Highway Patrol reported. Cash drove through a red light and crashed into the side of a car going through the intersection, the CHP said.
